Freerider MX #61 cover ... erm... uncovered!

FRMX61big

Right now we couldn't be more chuffed. Why? Because we get to give you loyal web-jetters a sneak peek at the next cover of Freerider MX a week before the thing even goes on sale!

Cam "The Man" Sinclair is the rider who graces the next cover, and there are very few – if any – who have earnt the privilege of having their name up in lights like Sincs. In one of Australia's greatest sporting comebacks, Sincs has returned from the threshold of death to facing his demons and conquering the Double Backflip again in just nine months. It's the fairytale story of action sports, and we salute the lad for his incredible return to the top of the game.

Inside this issue you'll find an inspirational six-page feature on Sincs' rise, fall and rise, along with some of the first photos taken since his return to riding.

But the biggest (page-wise anyway) feature in this issue is our spotlight on the South-East Queensland FMX scene. It seems riders are immigrating to this little pocket of Australia in droves, and, like moths to a headlight, the more guys who move there, the more people decide to break camp and follow them. Currently there're about 30 FMX riders in the Brisbane/Gold Coast area, and that population is steadily increasing. FRMX contributor Goba O'Brien delves into the scene to see what the big attraction is. The answers will surprise you!

If you're a regular to freeridermx.com.au you would've seen us raving about the 2010 Farm Jam at the bottom of New Zealand, along with dozens of sweet photos from the event. Well guess what – we saved the best photos for the mag, and inside this issue is a cracking seven-page feature on the event, with plenty of our top bangers.

Meanwhile, over in WA, our main man Holtzy spent a couple of days with on of the world's biggest Ruler Flippers, Josh Sheehan, and finds out where he's come from, and where he's headed.

On top of that, the Nutty Professor takes you inside your two-stroke's carby and explains how jetting works, we've got a huge graphics kit buyer's guide, the rapidly improving Brad Burch shows you how to nail huge Christ Airs, and there're two cracker posters to choose from.

Oh what - you want freebies too? Well how does a bonus Nitro Circus DVD with more than an hour's worth of previously released footage sound to you?! Yep, you read that right!

Freerider MX #61 drops into stores on May 19, so start saving those pennies.
