Understanding Fear

Red Bull X-Fighters community website recently posted a very insightful article about 'FEAR' in relation to the sport of FMX. Fear is something every freestyle rider has to deal with every time he puts on his helmet and rides towards a ramp or dirt hit. Each rider deals with fear in their own way, and the recent death of Jeremy Lusk and near fatal accident Cam Sinclair had last year, has put the fear into every FMX rider world wide. The article posted by FMXWorld.com "DAN" is well worth taking the time to read, and is the video where the sports top riders talk about the subject.
